Kingston graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2017 and have been a practicing kinesiologist ever since, certified under the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). With a focus on active health and rehabilitation during his studies, he has extensive knowledge with exercise prescription and specializes in active rehabilitation and strength and conditioning training.

He takes an approach that looks at the entire body as a connected system and addresses muscular imbalances. He is a firm believer in incorporating functional movements after establishing a strong foundation to provide the best outcomes for my clients. He enjoys helping others gain the capacity to accomplish activities of daily living pain-free and at their greatest potential.

• Clinical Orthopaedic Assessment

He has had experience working with individuals with sports-related injuries, ICBC injuries, return-to-work programs, neurological disorders, and the elderly population both in-home and in long-term care facilities.
