I possess a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and am professionally certified through BCAK. Through extensive involvement in a variety of fitness realms such as cheerleading, weightlifting, hot yoga, and hiking, I have a broad scope on the elements of different exercise techniques.
