Amy earned her Kinesiology degree at the University of the Fraser Valley in 2014, specializing in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. She is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. So far in her career, she has had the opportunity to practice in clinical settings, athletic strength and conditioning, and personal training settings. She continues to pursue education to improve skills, with particular interest in the affects of nutrition on mental health and athletic performance. 

With a strong belief in the power of movement to help manage physical and mental health, Amy enjoys teaching and sharing her expertise, encouraging others to get moving.

Outside the clinic, Amy keeps hobbies of baking sourdough bread, strength and conditioning, medium-distance running, yoga, multi-day backpacking, paddle-boarding, Spikeball, and cycling.
