I have been working as a personal trainer and Kinesiologist since I graduated from my BKin program at UBC in 2016
I believe in using movement to restore and optimize the human body. I can help with:
- strengthening the body for improved performance and injury resistance
- posture correction through corrective exercise
- body composition changes like adding muscle mass or weight loss
And if you are dealing with chronic pain as a result of injury or other lifestyle factors, I am also a manual therapist. I practice fascial stretch therapy, a form of assisted stretching that focuses on decompressing joints and lengthening connective tissue. If massage or other therapies haven’t worked for you, FST may be what your body needs.
