Justine has been on the move & bouncing around ever since she was young. Justine played competed soccer & running clubs while growing up. Justine later went on to play varsity soccer at Nipissing University where she graduated with honours. After hanging up her cleats, Justine turned to running as a therapeutic release from work, life stress. Since moving to the west coast she enjoy running with her dogs & findings new trails to explore. When she isn’t hitting the pavement, Justine enjoying spending the winters on the mountain working with ParaAlpine skiers develop their skills & technique for the race season.
Justine moved the the West Coast 4 years ago to embark on a new adventure both in her personal & professionals career. Justine’s philosophy on a healthy lifestyle is based on function. Her goal is to create exercise programs that allow you to live life on your terms. She creates functional programs that translate to one’s day to day requirements & leisure activities.
