I have been a member of the Kinesiologists Association since 2011. I took my Kinesiology degree at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, where I grew up, and moved to Victoria, BC in 2011. I have since moved to Campbell River but have consistently worked as a Kinesiologist in a clinic and community setting. I have special interests in injury recovery, chronic disease management, and general activity/fitness. I have experience working with populations of people with osteoarthritis, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and other neurological disorders. I also have experience in hydrotherapy as well. Personally, I love to travel and most recently spend 18 months in Australia. I also love trail running, and mountain biking in our lovely local trails.
