Originally from British Columbia graduated in 2015 with a Degree from the University of the Fraser Valley. I come from a background in manual therapy, mixed with a holistic approach to treatments and strongly believe that injury prevention and proper habitation are key in keeping healthy. I continue to educate myself regularly, specializing in taping, first aid, active release, the stress relief method, and active isolated stretching. I have also completed other alternative health modalities such as Jedikin Reiki and reflexology. I am a strong believer in treating not only the point of injury, but the body as a whole to better ones overall health.
My career started off in sports, working with Junior Hockey Teams as the head therapist. Within this career choice my teams have won two league finals, has been to two Fred Page cups, and has also been to the Westerns Hockey Tournament. The team atmosphere is an amazing experience and it is great to see the young athletes I work with more onto higher levels in their careers.
I have also made a career out of working with clients in a clinical setting working on active rehabilitation from previous injuries, or recent surgeries.
My current location of employment is Restorative Health in Chilliwack.
My future plans are to complete osteopath school, continue to educate myself and grow as a therapist and to always learn from my clients.
