Having a passion for health, sports, and coaching I chose to attend Douglas College graduating with a degree in Physical Education and Coaching with a Kinesiology specialization.
I have an interest in rehabilitation, athlete development, sport performance, and sport-specific training. I hope to encourage people from all walks of life to pursue a life of health, happiness, and functional movement.
I have eleven years of experience in the fitness industry teaching Pilates and three years of experience in Clinical Pilates.
I have five years of competitive coaching experience in the Snowboard disciplines of Slopestyle and Boardercross, working with North Shore Snowboard Team and BC Snowboard. She has been fortunate enough to Coach at the BC Winter Games 2018, Team Lead at the Canada Winter Games 2019, and continues to work as the BC Snowboard Program Coordinator for the Riders Program (Athlete Development Program) and Elleboard (women’s park and freestyle program).
