I graduated from the University of Manitoba where I obtained my bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a major in athletic therapy in 2018. While at the university, I was the team Athletic Therapist for the men’s volleyball team. I was a also a therapist with the Manitoba’s youth provincial rugby team. After moving to BC I became a personal trainer at Innovative Fitness for 1.5 years and have recently moved to Coast Therapy to practice more in exercise rehab. I want to help people move better, whether it is recovering from a car accident, injury, or chronic pain.
I became a Kinesiologist because I grew up playing sports and fell in love with being active and helping others to move freely. I stay active by hiking, running, and playing rugby.
