Elisa is a graduate of Simon Fraser University where she completed her Bachelor of Science, major in Kinesiology, minor in Archaeology. She is a Kinesiologist specializing in active health and rehabilitation. She is passionate about educating others about their body mechanics and inspiring them to feel the best they have physically felt.
Elisa has focused on the health and rehabilitation aspect of her degree through volunteer work where she has gained experience working with individuals who experience chronic and acute pain. Her rehabilitation methods include strengthening the body to gain confidence in movement as well as incorporating yoga in the treatment plan to connect the mind and body.
