Who I work with
Whether you’re returning from injury, staying strong through midlife, or chasing performance, we’ll turn complex principles into simple, doable steps that fit your life. My programs are personalized to get you moving again, backed by clear goals, measurable milestones, and compassionate coaching. You’ll feel it—less pain, easier movement, steadier strength, and the confidence to do what you love.
Approach to care
• Assessment-first: Clear movement screening and history to find root causes.
• Personalized planning: Pacing matched to your energy, health history and goals, so progress feels steady—not stressful.
• Integrated methods: Strength training, yoga, mobility, breathwork, and modern rehab techniques.
• Progress you can feel: Pain reduction, confidence in movement, and sustainable performance.
Philosophy and values
My philosophy is rooted in a behaviour model that emphasizes proven principles with lasting effects, prioritizing effectiveness over efficiency. I blend Indigenous health perspectives with modern rehabilitation to honour balance—physical, mental, emotional, and social—so change is both meaningful and durable. The goal is simple: move well, live well, and trust your body.
Beyond the studio
When I’m not working with clients, I practice yoga, lift, and explore holistic wellness. I garden, travel, and spend time in nature to keep learning from different ways of knowing and being. I’m grateful to do work that aligns with my purpose: helping people pursue their dreams with clarity, courage, and care.
If you’re ready to move with confidence, I’m here to guide you—one intentional step at a time.
