My goal is to empower everyone I connect with. I seek to understand and meet people where they are at.
I work with various people who are looking for support with mental health, post-traumatic stress disorder, neuropsychiatric quinism, injuries, cardiac and respiratory rehabilitation, lifestyle management, elder care, balance training, community integration.

Each plan is rooted in science and holistic health. I have a Bachelors Degree in Sport and Fitness Leadership with a specialization in Exercise and Wellness and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Kinesiologist from the BC Association of Kinesiologists. I focus on muscle activation sequencing and building people up using postural control so that they can excel or efficiently get back to the activities they love. I have lived in four countries and travelled to many others; embracing culture and gaining experiences in the exercise and wellness industry.
What I am most proud of is my clients continued success towards their fitness goals years after embracing positive change with me. When I am not coaching, training or exploring you will find me in my garden.
