Kinesiology is my 2nd career. I spent 18 years in the marine industry, manual labor, metal work and systems installation. My varied background gives me a unique insight to work related injuries and return to work processes. I entered University to pursue a career where I could work with people to assist them in building a better, stronger version of themselves. I believe in fitness for life, allowing engagement in activities that promote quality of life throughout the lifespan.
I have experience with injury and post-operative rehabilitation as well as disease related physical therapy for maintenance of independence for those with Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and other degenerative diseases.
