My name is Courtney and I did my undergrad at UBC Okanagan in Human Kinetics and I am now getting my Master's in Counselling Psychology to combine me a passion for rehabilitation exercise, mental health initiatives, and physical activity/fitness! I grew up in the Okanagan which gave me a love for the outdoors, as I spend my summers hiking and on the boat, then I spend my winters on the ski hill! Team sports also have a special place in my heart as I played soccer, basketball, and volleyball for most of my life!
