Sam graduated from UBC in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and Kinesiology. During his time at UBC he worked as an Anatomy and Physiology Tutor for the faculty of Kinesiology and became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.
After graduating UBC, Sam worked at Live Well Exercise Clinic as a practicing kinesiologist where his main focus was working with clients across the age and ability spectrum using exercise as a tool to improve quality of life and rehabilitate injuries.
After seeing firsthand how powerful a commitment to exercise can be, Sam believes that good habits and positive behaviors are built on the bedrock of a regular exercise routine.
Sam was born in England and moved to the US at 8 years old. In his free time he loves to camp, ski, play football, do yoga, freestyle rap, and listen to podcasts.
