I graduated from UBC in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and Kinesiology. During my time at UBC I worked as an Anatomy and Physiology Tutor for the faculty of Kinesiology and became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.
After graduating UBC, I worked at Live Well Exercise Clinic as a practicing kinesiologist where my main focus was working with clients across the age and ability spectrum using exercise as a tool to improve quality of life and rehabilitate injuries. I transitioned to the occupational health industry where I now work as a injury prevention specialist at Amazon.
After seeing firsthand how powerful a commitment to exercise can be, I believe that good habits and positive behaviors are built on the bedrock of a regular exercise routine.
I was born in England and moved to the US at 8 years old. In my free time I love to camp, ski, play soccer, do yoga, and listen to podcasts.
