In and through my professional activities, I continue to understand, systematize and promote the conditions that foster a culture of diversity, equity and inclusivity at the organizational and community levels. I hold two graduate degrees in health promotion and diversity management with 15+ years of experience leading inclusive health promotion initiatives in a wide range of settings. My work has included developing and implementing comprehensive workplace wellness strategies, engaging culturally and linguistically diverse populations in establishing community health promotion programs, advising sport and recreation organizations in refocusing policy and communications, building partnerships and mobilizing students and experts in identifying and addressing multi-faceted problems, designing course curriculum and teaching courses, presenting at conferences, creating and executing evaluation efforts.
