Born and raised in Penticton, British Columbia I grew up playing sports. Particularly hockey, baseball, basketball and rugby. In grade 10 I started training in the weight room to improve my performance and from there on my passion for exercise science blossomed.
I graduated from the University of Victoria in 2017 with my Kinesiology degree and upon completion I have competed in physique competitions, placing first in the interior and competing in provincials, and strive towards drug tested powerlifting competitions in the future.
I love helping others improve and constantly try to learn as much as I can. The field still has many unknowns and I plan to pursue exercise physiology further in the future.
