I pursued exercise and rehabilitation sciences after overcoming multiple injuries without the necessary support. This experience sparked my passion for helping others in similar situations. Throughout my education, I discovered a deep interest in bridging the gap many face between passive treatments and real-world application.
I hold a Master's degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, with specializations in clinical kinesiology and high-performance coaching. In my practice, I integrate evidence-based approaches and draw on the bio-psycho-social model, which allows me to consider the physical, psychological, and social aspects of each client’s situation. This holistic perspective ensures that I address not only the immediate injury but also long-term functional outcomes.
My ideal clients are those who are motivated, eager to learn, and open to applying feedback to achieve their goals. I have extensive experience working with individuals across a spectrum of conditions, including neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, and musculoskeletal challenges. No matter the condition, I am committed to delivering the highest standard of care.
In my free time, I enjoy activities such as climbing, hiking, lifting weights, and practicing yoga. I believe that meaningful change starts from within, and I strive to lead by example in both my personal life and professional practice.
