I played varsity volleyball all throughout my studies, and that journey had sparked my interest in helping others reach their health goals through strength & conditioning and active rehabilitation. Whether working one-on-one or leading group sessions, I prioritize building trusting relationships and creating supportive environments where clients feel motivated and empowered.
