Meet Andrew, a University of British Columbia graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.
He believes exercise will enhance physical function and well-being, and his approach begins by understanding his client’s condition, needs, and goals. He designs personalized programs incorporating functional movements, ensuring exercises promote healthy, practical movement patterns for everyday life.
Andrew has done competitive dragon boating for several years, was part of Canada’s National Dragon Boat Team, and is now a dragonboat coach for paddlers with multiple sclerosis. In addition, Andrew is a powerlifter who applies the principles of strength training to enhance the functional fitness of his clients.
