I am an experienced personal trainer and former fitness manager who focuses on sharing his passion of fitness which lead to pursuing a career and graduating with a Bachelor in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley.
I focus on helping my clients achieve their fitness goals while improving their mental and emotional health. I'm knowledgeable with individuals who want to lose weight, build muscle or improve their functional fitness. My additional areas of expertise include working with the older population with comorbidities, parkinson’s disease and neck pain. My philosophy for his training is “move better, live better”.
In his spare time, I enjoy being physically active by weight lifting, participating in recreational sports and conquering hikes that offer a wonderful view.
