Hello all, allow me to share about myself!

I am a graduate of the University of the Fraser Valley in Kinesiology, with over 7 years of Personal Training experience. My Fiancee and I recently traveled to the UK for a year to work and travel. I worked at schools with behaviour and learning difficulties, working closely with children with autism.

Currently I work with CTI, Community Therapists, traveling throughout the fraser valley to different locations, meeting different people at community gyms or their personal residents. This is all through CTI.

My passion is to share my knowledge with as many people as possible, while learning about people as I go. I love to learn, and will continue to grow as long as I live.
