As a coach, my ethos is defined by a set of core values that guide every interaction and decision: Personalized Care, Growth, Integrity, Respect, and Community Building.

My coaching philosophy is an ever-evolving journey, shaped by my experiences and reflections. Rooted in a fervor for sports and fitness, I am committed to assisting others in their pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. I view fitness as more than just a regimen; it's a way of life where individuals take ownership of their well-being.

Originally from China with a technical degree, my journey led me to Canada in 2004. While I initially worked in the telecommunications industry to support my family, I felt a persistent calling towards a career aligned with my passion. In 2016, I took the leap to pursue my dream of becoming a personal trainer, drawn to the intricacies of strength and conditioning training.

As a Kinesiologist/Personal Trainer, I firmly believe that health and fitness are not only integral to sports performance but also fundamental to leading a fulfilling life. My mission is to empower individuals to embrace their journey to wellness, fostering a community where growth, integrity, and respect are paramount.
