As a dedicated health and fitness professional, he brings over a decade of diverse experience in injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, high-performance athletics, tactical training, and municipal recreation. His well-rounded and practical approach allows him to support clients across a broad spectrum of needs, from recovery and rehabilitation to performance optimization.
Throughout his career, Eric has worked across various sectors of the health and fitness industry, developing personalized rehabilitation programs and strength and conditioning plans tailored to each client’s goals. He has collaborated with athletes, first responders, and professionals in both clinical and high-performance environments. Known for his adaptability and collaborative mindset, Eric thrives in multidisciplinary teams and is committed to delivering results that support long-term health and physical function.
Outside of his professional work, Eric leads an active lifestyle grounded in his passion for movement and performance. He enjoys weightlifting, cycling, and exploring the outdoors on the West Coast with his wife. He is also a current candidate with the Royal Canadian Army Primary Reserve, where he continues to develop his physical and mental resilience, discipline, and dedication to service.
