A local of coastal Victoria, British Columbia, I grew up surrounded by the ocean and was naturally drawn to the water, often spending my time enjoying the island's many beautiful lakes. Water-based sports were a significant part of my youth, particularly water polo, which I played in Saanich for several years. These formative years instilled in me a strong sense of teamwork and an appreciation for fitness, laying the foundation for my current role as a Kinesiologist.

Before returning back to school, I embarked on a diverse career in the entertainment and fashion industry. I appeared in Hallmark movies, led YouTube commercials, and modeled in various runway shows across Victoria. This unique experience enriched my creativity and adaptability, qualities that I continue to value in my professional life.

In December 2023, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria, which deepened my understanding of the human body and its potential for movement and wellness. While completing my undergraduate studies, I worked as a deckhand in the commercial fishing industry, exploring some of the most pristine and remote coastal regions of British Columbia. This experience not only instilled a strong work ethic but also a profound appreciation for the natural beauty and diversity of our environment.

As an Allied Health Professional, my primary objective is to provide unparalleled care to my clients. I tailor my approach to meet each individual's unique needs, helping them achieve their personal goals. I believe in empowering my clients with the tools and resources necessary to support them on their journey toward independence and wellness.

Outside of work, I stay active through boxing, cycling, running, swimming, and squash. I also engage in creative pursuits such as music and sculpting.
