I grew up in Surrey BC playing high level hockey and baseball. In high school, I decided to pursue a professional baseball career and went on to play college baseball before sustaining a severe shoulder injury. This injury, along with my love for sport and exercise, fuelled my desire to become a kinesiologist and strength and conditioning specialist. I quickly pivoted to playing college golf and continued my studies in kinesiology. Now, as a kin as well as a performance coach, I seek to help people get not only back to 100% after injuries, but beyond to new levels of health and fitness through simple, proven exercise techniques. While sport- or activity- specific training has its time and place, I believe strongly in perfecting the basic movement patterns that are part of everyday life. Health is wealth and movement is medicine.
