Alfred Ball

Alfred is a neurodivergent kinesiologist. He has been empowering people with injuries, disabilities and chronic diseases to regain their strength, mobility and confidence to move with ease since 1999. His expertise is broad. Alfred combines his deep knowledge of human anatomy, human movement, and physiology with Fascia Stretch Therapy and exercise prescription to give people hope that they will achieve their movement goals.

His clients range in age from 13 to 85 years. They are high-performance athletes, active individuals, stunt performers, and the general public who want to improve their health. Alfred believes that self-empowerment and movement are integral to leading a long, high-quality, and meaningful life.

In 2007, he launched Lifemoves in partnership with a multi-location fitness company in Metro Vancouver. The goal was to beta-test a health and rehabilitation centre located within a gym. It succeeded; however, the company was sold in 2010, and the new owners did not see the value in this idea.

Lifemoves Human Performance opened in the summer of 2025. It is Burnaby's first neuroinclusive health, wellness, and physical rehabilitation centre. Alfred and his team of practitioners welcome all.

We look forward to meeting you!
