I received my Kinesiology degree from the University of British Columbia. Through therapeutic exercise programs, I have since rehabilitated clients with a wide range of injuries, from minor ankle sprains to total knee and hip replacements.
My rehabilitation services help to rehabilitate clients and prepare them for their return to work and daily life activities. I will develop, assess, review and manage each exercise program to each unique individual. I will guide and support you through each and every session, listening and encouraging you to do your best.
