I’ve been coaching for over 10 years with experience in university athletics, national sports organizations, and the private sector.
I served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of British Columbia from 2017 to 2021.
I also served as the Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Canadian Women’s National Volleyball Team from 2019 to 2021.
Now, I help people of all ages and athletic abilities build stronger, more capable bodies through a no-nonsense, evidence-based approach to exercise.
