I asked for a set of dumbbells for my 13th birthday and have been passionate about working out ever since. I became an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder in 2009 and have trained many clients to compete. I moved to the Okanagan in December, 2017 and I am learning how to snowboard. I am currently a self employed Kinesiologist servicing clients in the South Okanagan in their homes, local gyms, community pools and facilities and online telehealth appointments.
I received my Bachelor of Physical Activity Studies (Kinesiology) from the University of Regina in 1995. I worked in a Tertiary Rehabilitation Physiotherapy Clinic for 8 years and then 12 years of Disability Management for Cypress Health Region in Saskatchewan for 12 years. I have been a Certified Exercise Physiologist since 1997. I am also a Matheson Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator and Ergonomist and have experience with Pre-Employment Screening, Attendance Support, Short & Long Term Disability Claims, WCB Claims, Accommodations and Workplace Wellness programs.
