Danielle is a Registered Kinesiologist who graduated with honors in Kinesiology and Physical Education from the University of Toronto. While at the UofT, she was a member of the Varsity Track and Field team and won the national title in women’s high jump in 2017.
Danielle's approach to movement and health is based on the principle that the body functions as a unit — no part operates in isolation. Danielle’s goal is to retrain both the body and mind to move more efficiently and safely, without relying on compensatory patterns to achieve movement outcomes. She is inspired by helping her clients optimize their posture and biomechanics to improve comfort and function.
In addition to her kinesiology expertise, Danielle is certified in Neurokinetic Therapy, Equine Bodywork, and is currently pursuing her Diploma in Equine Functional Osteopathy.
Danielle is accepting both ICBC and private Kinesiology clients, with a particular passion for working with individuals interested in improving function and performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
When she’s not working with clients, you can find Danielle training for the triathlon, trail running, practicing hot yoga, or studying.
