I am a retired Kinesiology and Psychology instructor at the College of New Caledonia. My instructional areas were motor behaviour, motor development, exercise psychology and a variety of introductory psychology courses. Since my retirement from CNC, I have been studying the Feldenkrais Method™️ of somatic education and have nearly completed the practitioner training. As such, I am now authorized to offer Awareness Through Movement® lessons. Free practice Functional Integration (FI), sessions are also available while I complete the training. Finally, I am a member of the Feldenkrais Guild of North America®.
