I am a retired Kinesiology and Psychology instructor at the College of New Caledonia. My instructional areas were motor behaviour, motor development, exercise psychology and a variety of introductory psychology courses. Since my retirement from CNC, I have completed the training to be a practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method™️ of somatic education. I am a certified member of the Feldenkrais Guild of North America (FGNA). I am authorized to offer both Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) and Individual Functional Integration® (FI) lessons. At this time I only offer ATM sessions.
