Charlie graduated in 2017 from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelors of Kinesiology-Exercise Science. Since graduating he has worked in the field doing active rehab, as well as working with sports organizations at the Provincial, JR. A, and U18AAA levels.
Charlie has taken an interest in expanding this knowledge in the field through studies with stretch therapy, mobility, specializing in active release. Charlie is currently a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologist (BCAK).
As an athlete growing up Charlie played primarily hockey and lacrosse and fell in love with the process of what it took to be healthy, move well and be well, not only in sport but in day-to-day activity. Charlie also has a passion for the outdoors going hiking, backpacking, canoeing, paddle boarding and skiing.
Charlie takes a client first approach. Working with the client using his knowledge and expertise to produce an individualized plan to their rehab and health. Giving the client a sense of control and ownership in their recovery and their general well being. Charlie is here for your health.
