I have a Diploma in Sport Science, and Bachelor of Science with a major in Kinesiology. I have seven years of experience working in the sports industry where I work as medical staff. My role is injury rehabilitation, injury management, strength & conditioning, as well as first aid. My goal is to help athletes stay healthy throughout the season and optimize their performance. Most of my time has been spent working with box lacrosse and ice hockey teams. However, I also work with general population.
