I grew up playing multiple sports but focused in on ice hockey, with a highlight of winning the NWJHL Championship following his high school graduation.
I graduated from the University of Fraser Valley with his Kinesiology Degree in April of 2012. I have worked since February 2012 as a Kinesiologist and spent a large part of my career working with sport injuries, chronic pain, ICBC car accidents and many other disorders/diseases. I also worked with junior football players, hockey players and some provincial level ski racers and cyclists. I like to focus on a whole body approach, finding all the joint limitations and muscle imbalances to create a more functional and well-balanced body in order to decrease pain and increase movement efficiency, power and performance.
