A passion for health and wellness brought Rachel to study Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. As her interest in human anatomy and physiology grew, a career as a science-based movement specialist seemed the perfect fit. Over the years she’s gained experience in the field as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, health coach, and in 2020 finished her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. She enjoys working alongside people to get them feeling their best; whether that means injury management or injury prevention. In her free time she enjoys hiking, hot yoga and reading.
