Persis Meisters is a Kinesiologist and Nutrition Coach originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is a very passionate individual when it comes to her work and clients, and strives to provide the best possible care and guidance.
She is very diverse with the clientele she works with, but there are a few areas she loves to devote her time to in particular. Persis loves working with people who are new to fitness and nutrition. Forming a strong foundation of fundamentals is key to how she trains her clients. She also enjoys working with seniors, and has worked as a program facilitator for the Walk and Talk program ( a free program that provides exercise, and health and wellness education) in West Kelowna. Persis also works with patients in a rehabilitation setting, helping people with a wide variety of injuries and chronic illnesses.
Persis graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Manitoba in 2014. She also has certifications in RockTape, RockBlades, Precision Nutrition Coaching, Functional Movement Screening, CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer, and is registered with the BC Association of Kinesiologists.
In her spare time Persis loves to spend it exploring the outdoors. She loves hiking in the back country, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, gardening, snowboarding, and working on a beautiful 10 acre property that she calls home.
