I use Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility Exercises, Breathing & Yoga to help clients integrate strength & mobility to injury/pain management. I focus on building healthy, efficient movement by de-threatening movement, building mobility in the joints/muscles affected and then finding a way to add load/intensity that aligns with your AIMS.
I believe that a program needs to fit an individual, including the language and ideas I share with them. My goal is always to foster a growth mindset with those whom I work in order to help empower them to create the changes on their own terms.
