I am a passionate Kinesiologist who specializes in activities of daily living, mobility and flexibility (FRCms), strength training, low back pain rehab, and surgical rehabilitation. I graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2016 with a BSc. in Kinesiology and a certificate in Health and Wellness. I have worked as a Kinesiologist for 8 years in various capacities from ICBC and WCB cases to university and professional sports.
I graduated from the University of Brighton with a MSc in Physiotherapy and will be working as a Kinesiologist in addition to being a Physiotherapist.
I have volunteered as a youth sports coach, athletic therapist, physiotherapist assistant, in a cardiovascular physiology research and testing laboratory, and in hospital in stroke, respiratory therapy, elderly care, and emergency departments.
I endeavour to educate people about their bodies and give them the best tools to empower and heal themselves. I believe in habit based behaviour change, where you start with bite-sized daily practices that build you toward your ultimate goal.
I am Precision Nutrition certified, meaning I am qualified to give nutritional advice and run nutrition coaching programs.
