Danny has had 7 years of experience in the industry as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and Kinesiologist.
Danny has worked with clients from many different backgrounds, including: professional athletes, military personnel, law enforcement officers, firefighters, youth athletes, and clients living with chronic pain and disease.
Danny holds a bachelor of science in Kinesiology with a concentration in active rehabilitation, along with multiple certifications in different training methods and nutrition. Currently, he is continuing to educate himself in the areas of rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and behavioural psychology.
Danny is also an experienced health coach, offering nutrition and general health guidance to a diverse group of clients. He firmly believes in the concept of “deep health”, where one’s well-being is dictated not only by their physical health, but also by their mental, social, environmental, and existential well-being.
Danny leads his coaching practice with empathy and sustainability. He thrives in helping his clients find their own definitions of health and performance, facilitating life-long changes in exercise and health behaviours.
