I am a graduate of the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Science. I have been fortunate to see what the field of kinesiology and active rehabilitation can offer and how impactful working with people can be. I have worked diligently alongside many health professionals, learning and refining my rehabilitation and training experience. I am passionate about helping people live healthier lives, recover from injuries and accidents, and increase personal performance.
