My name is Maya Scott-Bradley, and I am a certified Kinesiologist with the BCAK. I completed my BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria in 2022 where I gained a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of multiple human-related disciplines and their pertinence to exercise and health. Through my degree, I also gained extensive practical experience as a coach and teacher of fitness skills, both in aquatic and dryland settings. Through these avenues, I was able to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds and work with them to improve their physical literacy and quality of life. I am a firm believer that integrating my technical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills is crucial to ensuring that the client has a positive experience. To that effect, I feel privileged to be able to use this approach to encourage and facilitate people in reaching their goals.
