Celia graduated from Vancouver Island University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, consistently making the Dean's Honour List throughout her studies. A lifelong athlete, she focused primarily on baseball, competing at the national level, and also participated in basketball, volleyball, hockey, and track & field. Although injuries shifted her collegiate goals, they strengthened her passion for rehabilitation and her drive to support others through their recovery journeys.

As a Kinesiologist, Celia creates personalized programs for individuals of all ages and abilities, specializing in injury rehabilitation, prevention, and strength and conditioning. Her approach integrates a thorough understanding of both the physical and emotional aspects of recovery with a compassionate, individualized focus.

Outside of the clinic, Celia remains active with long-distance running, strength training, hiking, recreational slow-pitch, and coaching baseball. Her commitment to fitness and community involvement reflects her dedication to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
