I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia in 2014. Following my undergrad, I represented Team Canada as a bobsleigh pilot and competed internationally until 2018.
Since completing my degree and competing as an elite athlete I am continuously furthering my education with a focus on injury-specific rehabilitation, performance strength and conditioning, exercise prescription and injury prevention. I work one on one with each client to create an educational and functional training environment to help my clients reach their respective goals.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors in any capacity, from walking my dog to paddle boarding and everything in between. I enjoy cycling, yoga and lifting weights. I have a keen interest in the human body from my athletic background and personal injuries and hope to inspire each client to achieve their potential through my practice.
